Integrative studies of clinical samples and model systems

In collaboration with other labs at Seattle Children's, we are performing multi-disciplinary integrative studies of samples of significant clinical interest and model systems. Systems under study include human CSF and human stem cells, C. elegans mitochondria and H. influenzae model systems.
