Experimental standards for high-throughput proteomics

We are developing complex standard protein mixtures that can be used to develop and validate both experimental and data analysis methods. These standards will be used to identify and quantify proteins by mass spectrometry of biological samples. This work is funded through a grant from the National Institutes of Health
